Healing Through Connection and Care

I help individuals, couples, parents, and children navigate life’s challenges using proven techniques like Relational Life Therapy and play therapy. Together, we’ll work toward healing, connection, and personal growth.

Therapy Session

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a personalized approach to addressing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Through one-on-one sessions, we’ll explore your experiences, build coping skills, and empower you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy (RLT)

Relational Life Therapy (RLT) focuses on helping couples overcome communication barriers, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional bond. This approach is designed to bring about deeper understanding and lasting connection in relationships.

Group Therapy

Co-Parenting Therapy

Co-parenting therapy supports separated or divorced parents in fostering a collaborative and positive environment for their children. Together, we’ll work on improving communication, setting boundaries, and creating a shared parenting plan.

Playing in Nursery

Play Therapy

Play therapy uses the natural language of children—play—to help them process emotions, develop problem-solving skills, and navigate life changes. Sessions are tailored to each child’s needs, providing a safe and nurturing space for growth.

"The Play rooms and Art rooms are probably the best in Bucks County."
